Limited Atonement

I will now to the best of my ability explain the doctrine of Limited atonement:
Before we dive into this study it is very important to note that there are 4 point Calvinists, and this issue in no way affects your salvation.  Having said this I will now dive into this complicated issue.  I believe the best way to start is by examining Scriptural arguments for both sides of the issue.  I will start with those for unlimited atonement.  1 John 2:2 states: “He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only ours but also for the sins of the whole world.” John 4:4 says “He is the savior of the whole world.” John 1:29 says He: “takes away the sins of the world.” 2nd Cor. 5:14-15 says: “He died for all.”  They argue that Christ died for all, but only the elect receive His sacrifice.  Let me make myself clear; Christ death has the power to atone for all sins, and he could save all people, but he doesn’t.  When we look at the verses above they never say that Christ died for all humans, but rather they say that He died for “the world” or all.  These statements are very general, and we must always remember that when interpreting Scripture context is king.  This means that verses must be taken in the context of the chapter the book and the whole Bible.  The Bible does not and cannot contradict itself.  Having said that take into consideration these verses.  In Luke 2:1 it is recorded that a “decree went out from Caesar Augustus that all the world should be registered” and Luke 2:3 says “So all went to be registered everyone to his own city.” But clearly that it is not talking about every individual in the whole world. Caesar’s decree did not apply to the Japanese, Chinese or countless other people throughout the world.  Similarly, the Pharisees, being dismayed at Jesus’ growing popularity said, “Look how the whole world has gone after Him!” Did every single person in the world follow Jesus? Or was the “world” limited to a small area of Palestine in which Jesus preached?

So it should be readily apparent that the phrase “all” or “all the world” does not necessarily mean every individual. Understanding that basic fact allows one to consider each of these seemingly universal passages in their context and when that is done it becomes very apparent that they do not present any conflict with the doctrine of limited atonement.  Also the Greek word for world is kosmos which is often used to talk about a specific body of believers.  In addition to this it must be understood that the tenses used in verses like 1 John 2:2 are the same as in John 11:51-52, and it should be understood that the “world” refers to the elect scattered across the globe.
Next I will show you some verses that will show you examples of limited atonement.  Matthew 2:1 says: “He came to die for the sins of His people.” John 10:15 says: “He lays down His life for His sheep” One of the greatest passages on the atonement in the Old Testament is Isaiah 53. In this passage alone we see that He was “stricken for the transgression of God’s people” (Isaiah 53:8); that He would “justify many” because “He shall bear their iniquities” (Isaiah 53:11); and that He indeed “bore the sin of many” (Isaiah 53:12).

Finally we must understand the very nature of Christ’s death on the cross.  Christ died for this reason; to take on all of our sin and to atone for it, so that we might be justified before God.  With the death of Christ on the cross we are forgiven for all sin and seen as blameless in the sight of God, granting us access into heaven.  If Christ did indeed die for everyone, then the sins of everyone are forgiven, and everyone is justified before the sight of God.  If this is not true than Christ death is not truly an all atoning sacrifice.  As far as the argument that His death atones for everyone, but only the elect with accept it, I have this answer.  If someone doesn’t believe is his unbelief sin? Well of course it is, because he is denying the divine nature of God and in turn bowing down to a false idol.  But isn’t that sin covered by Christ’s death?  Just as believers many sins are?  The answer is yes and that would mean all men are saved and all men go to heaven.  This is obviously heresy and proves the doctrine of unlimited atonement false.  In the words of A.W Pink “Not one for whom He died can possibly miss heaven.” He [Christ] did not ‘pay the penalty of sin’ for those who reject Him, because if He did then they would not have to pay it themselves in hell.  Also if Christ died for all the world, but only the elect benefit, that means that Christ’s atonement did not redeem anyone and is merely a powerless opportunity for men to be saved.  The fact is that if Christ died for all men and propitiated their sins, then all men would be saved because propitiated sin cannot be punished. Also in a certain sense Christ did die for all men.  Even the unsaved can enjoy the sunset and the ocean, we call this common grace.  It is only because of common grace that God doesn’t kill the heathen each time he sins.  God would have every right to kill the sinner, but Christ’s death atones for their earthly life.

In conclusion the death of Christ on the cross is more than enough to atone for every sin in every person, but it does not.Christ died for His elect, which shows His omniscient in choosing His elect in eternity past. This does not change His love for the whole world, but only His atoning sacrifice.I believe I have showed that it is not the Calvinist but rather the Arminian who limits the atonement, by taking away the sovereignty and purpose of Christ’s atonement.

We can conclude this section with the following summary argument. Which of these statements is true?

1. Christ died for some of the sins of all men.

2. Christ died for all the sins of some men.

3. Christ died for all the sins of all men.

No one says that the first is true, for then all would be lost because of the sins that Christ did not die for. The only way to be saved from sin is for Christ to cover it with his blood.

The third statement is what the Arminians would say. Christ died for all the sins of all men. But then why are not all saved? They answer, Because some do not believe. But is this unbelief not one of the sins for which Christ died? If they say yes, then why is it not covered by the blood of Jesus and all unbelievers saved? If they say no (unbelief is not a sin that Christ has died for) then they must say that men can be saved without having all their sins atoned for by Jesus, or they must join us in affirming statement number two: Christ died for all the sins of some men. That is, he died for the unbelief of the elect so that God's punitive wrath is appeased toward them and his grace is free to draw them irresistibly out of darkness into his marvelous light.

The Evil that is Planned Parenthood and Woodrow Wilson

The involvement of planned parenthood in eugenics and racism.

At a March 1925 international birth control gathering in New York City, a speaker warned of the menace posed by the "black" and "yellow" peril. The man was not a Nazi or Klansman; he was Dr. S. Adolphus Knopf, a member of Margaret Sanger's American Birth Control League (ABCL), which along with other groups eventually became known as Planned Parenthood.

Sanger's other colleagues included avowed and sophisticated racists. One, Lothrop Stoddard, was a Harvard graduate and the author of The Rising Tide of Color against White Supremacy. Stoddard was something of a Nazi enthusiast who described the eugenic practices of the Third Reich as "scientific" and "humanitarian." And Dr. Harry Laughlin, another Sanger associate and board member for her group, spoke of purifying America's human "breeding stock" and purging America's "bad strains." These "strains" included the "shiftless, ignorant, and worthless class of antisocial whites of the South."

Not to be outdone by her followers, Margaret Sanger spoke of sterilizing those she designated as "unfit," a plan she said would be the "salvation of American civilization.: And she also spike of those who were "irresponsible and reckless," among whom she included those " whose religious scruples prevent their exercising control over their numbers." She further contended that "there is no doubt in the minds of all thinking people that the procreation of this group should be stopped." That many Americans of African origin constituted a segment of Sanger considered "unfit" cannot be easily refuted.

While Planned Parenthood's current apologists try to place some distance between the eugenics and birth control movements, history definitively says otherwise. The eugenic theme figured prominently in the Birth Control Review, which Sanger founded in 1917. She published such articles as "Some Moral Aspects of Eugenics" (June 1920), "The Eugenic Conscience" (February 1921), "The purpose of Eugenics" (December 1924), "Birth Control and Positive Eugenics" (July 1925), "Birth Control: The True Eugenics" (August 1928), and many others.

These eugenic and racial origins are hardly what most people associate with the modern Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA), which gave its Margaret Sanger award to the late Dr. Martin Luther King in 1966, and whose current president, Faye Wattleton, is black, a former nurse, and attractive.

Though once a social pariah group, routinely castigated by religious and government leaders, the PPFA is now an established, high-profile, well-funded organization with ample organizational and ideological support in high places of American society and government. Its statistics are accepted by major media and public health officials as "gospel"; its full-page ads appear in major newspapers; its spokespeople are called upon to give authoritative analyses of what America's family policies should be and to prescribe official answers that congressmen, state legislator and Supreme Court justices all accept as "social orthodoxy."

Regarding Woodrow Wilson, although he was America’s most educated President, he was also a bigot and a sexist.  He voted in favor of segregation, even desiring White House bathroom, water fountains, and lunch rooms to be segregated.  Wilson also fought against woman’s suffrage and supported eugenics.  Wilson along with many other prominent names; such as Alexander Graham Bell, Margaret Sanger, and Teddy Roosevelt, supported eugenics in the U.S,that called for the expulsion of blacks in America.  These men supported the evils committed in the Holocaust and it is known that Hitler and Heinrich Himmler, the author of the Holocaust, borrowed some of their ideas from American eugenicists.

Change

As I was taking a walk through my neighborgood this afternoon, enjoying the colors of fall, I began to think about life.  I began to think about how many times I had walked up the street.  I have walked up Walker Road in every season, in every kind of weather, wearing every kind of clothes, doing every kind of activity, for the last 13 years.  Now I am 16, about to leave it all beind, and not sure where all the time went.  Time is fascinating, because those who are in it, have trouble seeing it work.  Think about it this way:  When you see your grandma for the first time in a few months, she is amazed by how much taller you have gotten.  You, on the other hand, haven't noticed this change.  Why? You do not noticed because you are in time.  The change is piece by piece so you don't notice.  However, your grandmother is out of time, so to speak.  The change is clear.  Fascinating, isn't it?

Now that I have gone off on that tangent, let me get back to my point.  I couldn't get change off my mind.  It surrounded me.  The change in the weather and in the trees, and the coming change in my life.  Change is everything to us.  Think about what the first thing we say to someone we haven't seen in awhile; 'How have you been'.  If not for the fact that we change, this question would be absurd.  'Anything new?'; change!  Let's take it a step further.  Change is the best part of our lives.  What do we look forward to the most in life? Going to school, going to high school, driving, going off to college, starting a career, getting married, having a kid. Change!!  Change is truly the spice of life.  So why do we love change?  I think it is centered around the fact they we are easily bored.  We constantly want a new challenge, something new to do or to conquer.

Here's where it gets really interesting.  We also hate change.  It scares us to death.  We fight it at all costs.  We are frightened by the unknown.  Death, the ultimate change, scares us beyond belief.  We can't imagine how we can live with new drastic changes.  So what we are left with is a great paradox in life.  We love change and yet we hate it.  This can be seen in parenthood.  The new parents are excited about the new change that they are about to experience, and yet frightened of the unknown.

So how do we deal with this paradox?  I contend that it cannot be solved on earth.  While we are here, we will constantly be striving for the next new thing, and yet scared of what is around the corner.  I believe this is by design, this is not our home.  We were created with certain tendencies to point us to our Creator.  This is true here.  In God we have the perfect harmony between our need of change and our fear of it.  First let us examine the fear of change.  We know that God is immutable, He does not change ever.  This we can be sure of.  He will always be what He was today, and we know who He is from His perfect Word.  We need not fear, because He will not change.  Now lets deal with the second part; that is our need for change.  How can an unchanging God solve that?  He solves it perfectly.  Our God is so great that we will never be bored of Him, and in need of something new.  We can search Him out for 100,000 years and not even wrap our arms around his foothill.  What an amazing thought!  In God the problem caused by the paradox is fixed.  In Christ we find our complete fulfillment.  He is everything.  Sola Christus!!!!

Libya

After months of conflict Libya, Ghadaffi has be murdered, and the revolution is over.  As is always the case the U.S has troubled itself with a conflict they have no buisness being in.  Non-interventionism is dead, and our politicians feel the need to poke their heads in every conflict.  Whether it be Hitlery Clinton referring to the rebels as 'we', or Obama congratulating them on their victory. The question now becomes, what is next?

For months, anyone who has their eyes open, has asked this question.  Who will replace the hated dictator? We now have our answer; the Muslim Brotherhood.  What is being propped up in the media as a 'democratic victory' is nothing more than yet another takeover over by the 'peaceful grassroots' organization known as the Muslim Brotherhood, or the Arab Springs.

I think it is first important to know that democracy is not the great thing that it is propped up to be.  The Founders warned against the 'evil of the 51%'.  Democracy, is not only impratical, it is also dangerous, as 51% could opress millions of people.  Having said that, the new gov't in Libya is NOT a democracy.  Leaders have announced that the country will be run 'on the principles of Sharia law', i.e a theocracy.  No matter what lies are out there today, Sharia law is barbaric and evil.  Woman aren't allowed to drive, and are not allowed outside the house without being with a man related to them.  If you steal, you get your hand cut off.  Those who turn from the faith are killed.  Woman have no rights.  Four men must testify to convict a man of raping a woman.  Evil.  Possibly the scariest fact is that Libya is just one of the several new nations under the control of the radical Islamic, Muslim Brotherhood.  The stated goal of this alliance is to prepare for war against Israel.  And don't misunderstand; we're next.  In the words of Ahmadinejad; Israel is the little satan and we are the big satan.  So while our politicians are praising this 'peoples democracy', don't believe the lies.  The Muslim Brotherhood is a dangerous force, and Libya may be worse off now then ever.

:)

For the record no president has ever received more money from Wall Street then the current one.  I'm glad that he is supporting the OWS but unfortunately, just like them he doesn't seem to understand what is being protested.  The truth is these 'useful idiots' are being used by SEIU and George Soros to push his radical socialist agenda and the destruction of this nation.  If anyone wants to join me, I think I will start an Occupy the Fed movement

Money Part 1

In this day and age no one seems to really be able to explain what money is.  The easy answer is the little green pieces of paper that are in our wallets, but that does not begin to touch the surface.  It would be like saying what rocks and answering limestone.  Limestone is a type of rock, but it doesn't explain what rocks are.  The same goes for money.  I hope by the end of this you will be able to understand and explain what money is and how it started.

In order to understand what money is, we must start at the beginning.  When civilizations first began to develop, barter was the system of trade.  When I wanted an item you had, I would trade you for it with something I had.  For example, if I had a computer and you had a big screen T.V that I desired, I would trade you my computer four your T.V(Note: First in order for barter to work we each must considered the item the other has to be of more value, or we wouldn't trade. Second I will be returning to this analogy of the T.V throughout.)  Barter worked for awhile, but it became burdomesome to carry around large materials to trade, and also ineffective for large scale trade.

Soon a new form of a monatary unit developed.  This new form of exchange used resources, such as livestock, in trade.  So if I wanted your T.V, I would trade you two of my cows.  Livestock was able to be used in trade because livestock has intrinsic value.  This simply means that livestock has value by nature.  Cows can be milked or slaughtered for food, i.e they have value.  This type of money is called Commodity money.

As commodity money grew in popularity, it also began to change.  Again, it became inconvenient to carry around livestock, so precious metals were adopted as the form of trade.  With the dawn of the Bronze Age, metals became valuable as they could be melted down to create tools and weapons.  Precious metals were preferable when it came to money because there value could easily be calculated by their weight and purity. The value of  1g of 99% pure copper, for example, had a universal value.  Of all the precious metals, gold emerged as the universal standard currency, with silver at a close second.  This happened for several reasons, that we won't get into now, but the main reason was that there is the perfect amount of gold in the world, for it to retain its value.  The important thing to understand is that gold is the universally preferred monetary unit, with silver at a close second.

It is important at this time to adress the issue of quantity.  The question is, how is their enough gold to supply the whole worlds economy.  The answer is that quantity doesn't make any difference.  If there is less gold, the market works itself out so the prices seem to go down.  If there is more gold, prices appear to go up.  The truth is, that the more gold there is, the less its worth.  This is the basic law of inflation.  Let me break it down using a micro example.  There are groups on an island.  One mines gold, and the other makes shoes.  They work it out so that 1 ounce of gold is worth one pair of new shoes.  This is determined by the idea that the amount of time, labor it takes to mine the gold, and intrisinic value of the gold is equal to that of the shoes.  Now suppose the miners found a stash of gold, and all of the sudden the miners had more gold than the cobblers have shoes.  This seems to create a problem, and in our society the gov't would intervene.  However, the truth of the matter is that the market will work itself out.  When the cobblers see that the miners have more money( the monetary quantity is increased) they simply raise prices, and it is like the miners never found the money to begin with.(analogy borrowed from The Creature From Jekyll Island)  The market corrects itself.

Again as society grew and developed, a new form of monetary form developed.  As men began to acquire more and more precious metals, they became inconvienent to carry.  What developed was a new type money called reciept money.  This worked by giving your gold to a goldsmith, who would give you a reciept in exchange.  This piece of paper would say pay to the bearer on demand.  This guaranteed that if you returned your receipt to the goldsmith he would give you your gold.  This is where your dollars originated, and before we went off the gold standard in the sixties, under Nixon, your dollar was redeemable in gold.

So why should we be on a gold standard?  Simple, because since there is a limited amount of gold, it is less suseptable to inflation.  Over the years gold is the only thing that has stood the test of time.  Gold has retained is value.  Also, a gov't on the gold standard can't rack up huge debt.  Since they are dealing with real money, they have limits and are bound to reality.  This differs from our gov't today that can print money out of thin air, allowing itself to fall into huge debt.

I will introduce you to two other forms of money in my next post.

Chess

I always find it interesting how analogies give us, not only the ability to understand a concept, but also the ability to extend our knowledge.  Today as I was walking around my neighborhood contemplating the future of our nation, an analogy popped into my head.  I hope this will give you an idea pf where we are and also hope for the future.

For this analogy we will assume that life is a giant chess board, and we are all players.  In the game of life, every single move we make either gets us closer or farther away from victory.  At this point, we must define two things said in the previous sentence.  First, the idea that we are moving further or closer.  Although this is the case in must be said that certain decisions, such as where you go to college and what career you pursue, have larger impacts on 'the game' than decisions like whether or not to do your math homework.  Second, I use the word victory very liberally, in the sense that victory can come in various forms.  For example there are victories in the areas of morals, finance, and spirituality.  Nevertheless, every move we make has an impact on our game.

This same concept applies to our country.  Every move our country has made since its founding, has had an impact on where we are today.  From the decision that our founders made to seperate from Britain, to the writing of the Constitution; every move has made an impact.  Let's now look at a specific example of 'the game'in our country's history; the Great Depression.  The bad moves that our country made prior to 1929, led to the collapse that followed.  Now the U.S found itself in a fix, where the right moves had to be made to get them out of trouble.  The bad news was they had just lost a key piece, lets say a Rook, but the good news was that if they made the right moves, they could get themselves back into the game.  If the wrong moves were made, however, they would have lost.  Thankfully, our nation made the moves necessary to get us out of the situation.

Let us now move to the situation our nation faces today.  We again have made many dangerous moves that have moved us into a dire situation, and at risk of losing the game.  Unfortuantely we are much worse of then we were 70 years ago.  Just like the Depression, we are in a bad posistion in the game, but unlike 1929 we aren't playing with an almost full board.  Instead we are playing with only a few pieces.  For years we have been sacrificing our pieces, and now we are left with only a few left, and our opponet is dangerously close to our king.  The pieces we have left are: Of course our king, let this represent our nation as a whole.  Our queen, the Constitution, Federalist Papers, and the beliefs of our founders.  Our Bishop, the American people and their committment to freedom.  And two pawns, representing young politicians who are still unknown but stand for the Constitution.  These pawns are weak now, but if they have enough time can develop into queens standing firm on our Constitutional foundation.

So now lets get to the game.  We have long been playing poorly, and our bad moves have cost us dearly, leaving little room for error.  Although we posses the necessary pieces to win, one bad move could cause us to lose a key piece and lead to the capture of our king and the end of the game.  We must understand that the window is about to slam shut, but there is still time, if and only if we act now.  The rightmoves must be made.  The election gives us a great oppurtunity to make a good move.  The election of either Ron Paul will signify a powerful move made by the queen.  The continual growth and influence of grassroots organizations like the Tea Party, make for a strong move by our bishop.  We must not forget, however, that we face a great enemy.  The opponets queen is our mounting debt and inflation.  Their bishop, our army spread abroad.  Their Rooks, are our two political parties refusing to represent the people.  We must act now and successfully eliminate our enemies before it is too late.  The good news is that the game is still being played and victory is still possible.

America, freedom, and Nazi, Germany

I'm going to go out on a limb here, and if I am not already considered a conspiracy theorist I soon will be.  As is always the case, I am held captive to the truth as revealed by the facts. So I guess here goes nothing, I will now introduce you to the Patriot Act and the destruction of freedom.  It will be helpful to note that in this I will be attempting to make connections between our destruction of liberty in America and what took place in Nazi, Germany.

I think it is proper to start at the beginning; in both our case and in the case of Germany.  We must understand that in order for the destruction of liberty, fear must first take hold.  When people are afraid they are willing to sacrifice their rights for security.  In the case of the U.S fear manifested itself in the form of the terrorists attacks on 9/11.  Before we go any further, let me make myself clear, I am not saying that the these terrorists attacks were in any way caused by the U.S.  I believe they were an act of jihad and a tragedy.  That being said, it is important to understand how the Federal gov't manipulated this event to push their agenda.  This fear allowed the President and Congress to take huge steps to destroying the freedom of Americans in the name of 'safety'.  This is exactly what happened in Germany.  On the night of february 27, 1933, the German Parliament building mysteriously caught fire and burned to the ground.  It is believed that the Nazis were behind this fire and used it to push their political agenda. "Those who are willing to sacrifice their freedom for security, deserve neither." Ben Franklin

Now that we understand the spur to this destruction of our liberty, we will look at what has been used to destroy it.  Soon after the 9/11 attacks, the Bush administration and Congress pushed through the Patriot Act.  The Act was finished at 3 a.m and was passed 8 hrs later; keep in mind this is document is hundreds of pages long and Congress should read through anything they pass.  We will now attempt to look through several liberties that the Patriot Act restricts or destroys.

The first and most obvious breech in freedom is the Patriot Act right to monitor any and all citizens through the use of wire tapping and email/internet survellience.  Under the Patriot Act the gov't can listen to your conversations and read what you are writing.  The gov't has the legal right to read what I am writing at this second. This should both scare and anger us.  Although the American people were told this power would only be used against terrorists, this is simply not the truth.  There are over a million people that are on the gov'ts watch list as 'possible domestic enemy combatants'.  Now maybe I am wrong but I highly doubt that there are over a million terrorists in our country.  This list includes those in the southern states registered as a member of either the Constitution party or the Libertarian party.  So the question becomes who is considered a terrorist?  We have the answer.  Under the Patriot Act anyone person that the president considers a domestic enemy combatant can be detained, without any trial.  These 'terrorists' are denied the Constitutional right of habeas corpus.  So basically in President Obama reads my blog and determines I am a domestic terrorist, I could be arrested and thrown in prison.  Almost anyone who makes a loud enough protest against the federal gov't or the Patriot Act, is put on the list.  When they fly their ticket is marked SSSS and they are a considered a security threat and subject to being taken aside and searched. Does this sound familiar?  It should, because this is Nazi Germany in the 30's and East Germany after the war.  In communist controlled East Germany, although only about 10% of the population was being watched, the fear of the possibility of being watched paralyzed an entire nation.  Next lets look at the Nazi connection.  Anyone who was a threat to the state was systematically removed and thrown in prison or worse.  Possibly more disconcerting is the ability to use these lists to perform mass arrests.  This is a common theme throughout history.  Have you ever wondered how Hitler rounded up the Jews so quickly?  It was because they were on his list, who knew who they were and where they were.  Che did the same thing in Chile.  When a gov't wants control they must first take out those who oppose them.  EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.

The next thing that is happening in our nation is the limiting of the first ammendant right of freedom of the press.  Under the Patriot and Espionage Acts, those who oppose the Federal gov't in the press have been arrested and silenced.  Anyone who disagrees with the gov't in the press is labeled as a tratior and some are imprisoned.  Private blogger Joshua Wolf was arrested and deatained for almost a year for not giving up his private tapes of a protest.  He was treated like a war criminal!  This is America! There are too many other examples.  Sound familiar?  Try the propoganda of the Nazis and Goebbels, and their book burnings.  A gov't must silence its critics in order to take over.  There is an act that has been passed that deams protest as terrorism. EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 allows the government to seize and control the communication media.

Tertiary is the enhanced surveillance that has found its place in our country.  Surveillance cameras have been set up in large numbers all across our nation, under the guise of 'anti-terrorism'.  This is a favorite government ploy.  The government can literally see almost everything that is going on at any given time.  Think about it.  We all talk about how awesome Google is, but shouldn't this scare us?  Anyone can literally see and track you whenever they want.  There is a new feature on Google, that gives you the same options, but with a see-eye view.  The list goes on.  Any new cars has OnStar, which is advertised as a great service to 'protect the people'.  What isn't advertised is the fact that, even if you don't pay for the service,  OnStar can track where you are, how fast you're going, and can shut your car off whenever they want.  Scary stuff.  Even scarier is the new chip that is being developed, and is actually in circulation today.  It is a small tracking device that can be embedded in the skin.  It gives the gov't the ability to track you wherever you go.  This next quote comes from George Orwell's 1984.  What is often overlooked, is the fact that Orwell wrote this to describe what would happen in the Fabian Socialists took over.  They almost have. "Whether he went on with the diary, or whether he did not go on with it, made no difference. The Thought Police would get him just the same. He had committed— would still have committed, even if he had never set pen to paper— the essential crime that contained all others in itself. Thoughtcrime, they called it. Thoughtcrime was not a thing that could be concealed forever. You might dodge successfully for a while, even for years, but sooner or later they were bound to get you."

Finally, under the Consitition the gov't is not allowed to raise a police force, subject to its will.  The founders were fearful of any military force that was not subject to the will of the people.  We see this in the 4th ammendmant.  This is slowly being ripped away from us.  A special group called Blackwater has been used by the gov't to supress our nation.  They were originally used in Iraq, but more recently this private, gov't hired organization is now attempting to secure our nation.  Do some research and understand what this organization has done to limit our freedom.  Again sound familiar? Very similar to the SS of the Nazis.

This was all begun under Bush, but has been escalated by the current administration.  Just days ago Congressman Jesse Jackson called for Obama to usuro Congressional power to push his agenda.  In a time where freedom is quickly diminishing the only hope we have is to return whole-heartedly to the Constitution.   For more info on this subject go to americanfreedomcampaign.com

One last quote from 1984

  • Then the face of Big Brother faded away again and instead the three slogans of the Party stood out in bold capitals:
    WAR IS PEACE
    FREEDOM IS SLAVERY
    IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH

    Truth above all

Over the last few months the truth is something I have had to face.  As I have educated myself in the complicated world of politics and economics, I have been forced to face, in the words of Al Gore 'an incovinient truth.'  The facts arent easy to swallow and yet they must be as they are facts.

My transformation began several months ago and has continued with the guidance and companionship of Zach and Ryan Hayes.  What we have learned has shocked, scared, and most of all angered us.  Our opinions have changed and political views have been reshaped and remoulded nearer to the hearts of the great men that founded our nation. A few months ago I considered myself a staunch Republican and trusted anyone who had an R before their names.  The truth is that neither party represents the people, and both have been corrupted by power and wealth.  The Democrats of 40 years ago are today's Republicans.  Fakes like Rick Perry and Mit Romney parade themselves around as Conservatives when in actuality they are no different the the liberals they pretend to oppose.  The only difference is the Republicans have better rhetoric.  The real injustice is that the true conservatives, like Ron Paul and Newt Gingrich, are mocked and ridiculed.  We live in a nation afraid of truth, who would rather live in the bliss of ignorance.

I have learned that the U.S has anbandoned its non-interventionist roots, in favor of sticking our heads into any and every conflict world-wide.  This isnt something new.  Woodrow Wilson ran on a non-interventionist platform and then preceded to engage in WW1.  The same goes for our current president who promised to pull us out of all wars, and yet has perpuated our efforts across the world,  even sending new troops to Libya and most recently Uganda. "Over grown military establishments are under any form of government inauspicious to liberty, and are to be regarded as particularly hostile to republican liberty." - George Washington
The real noninterventionist candidate; Ron Paul.

I have learned that the Federal Reserve, is not run by the Federal gov't at all, and is the most corrupt and evil organization in our country.  Men like Greenspan and Bernake have succeeded in running our county into the gorund and causing Stagflation.  They control both the interest rate and the inflation rate, and therefore our nations economy.  When the economy is bad, they 'open the fed window' printing millions of dollars out of thin air and drop the interest rate, creating a false boom.  At the same time causing massive inflation and allowing people to buy things they can't afford to pay off.  When this catches up to the market the boom cycle is inevitably ended, and the bubble is burst and a bust cycle ensues.  This is our economy; unstable and risky.  Again the only candidate who seems to understand and care about this is Ron Paul; see a pattern emerging?

As a result of what I have learned I no longer care about what any politician says.  They are all liars.   Show me you are for me, for the people by your actions and your voting record.  If you are running for governor then you better be representing my state; not a party or the whole nation, my state.  If you are my rep then you better be representing the people in your region and serving according to their needs.  I want a leader who has had a leadership posistion in the private sector, no more life- long politicians.  Serve me for the time you have been elected to, stop worrying about reelection.  Finally do what you were elected to do.  If you ran on no new taxes; dont raise taxes.  The power in the Republic belongs to the people and it is time to take it back.  In the words of George Washington. "The time is near at hand which must determine whether Americans are to be free men or slaves".

    Scary times

If anyone has any questions about how bad off our country is, all they need to do is watch this video.  Jesse Jackson Jr. calls on Obama to be a dictator, to usurp Congressional powers to push his own radical agenda.
This goes against everything in our Constitution.  As you watch this video understand the Communism that   is so obvious throughout.  What makes this even scarier, is that NONE of the news stations covered it; I only saw it on GBTV.  Glenn is a great American, and one of the only people who still teach Truth.

    Make disciples of all nations

18And Jesus came and said to them, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in[a] the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit
This verse is the mission of all Christians.  Christ says here I am, I have died for your sins and now I stand before you alive; go out and tell the world.  If we believe that He is who He says He is, then we have no choice but to tell the world.  If Christ really did come and die for the sins of the world and stands at the door and knocks, then it becomes our job to tell the world His message.  If we believe that we all have an appointed time to die and face judgement, then how selfish would we be to not tell everyone who surrounds us, and to give our lives to this one great mission

    Give this some thought

Anyone who has read my blog or been around me for more than a few minutes knows that I think we as Americans are in for a huge suprise.  I believe that as a result for our irresponible fiscal policy and terrible decisions among both politicians and the American people, the dollar is about to collapse.  I realize how ridiculous this may sound and how easy it would be to dismiss it as an ill-founded conspiracy theory, but before you do this please do your research.  I have already done this research and what I have found has led me to these conclusions.  I hope I am wrong, I really do but I cannot ignore facts.  Do your homework and point out where I have erred, not for my sake but for yours.  This is too big of a threat to ignore in blind hope.  It is all to easy to ignore something because you do not want to face the results.  Please read and study.

    Socialism

A war is being fought in America today.  It is a war that has consumed our people, our economy, our centers of education and our media.  This war is not fought with guns and knives, but it is much scarier, because few know that it is even being faught.  This war is a war against an idea, socialism.

At the heart of socialism is the ideal of elitism, that says the gov't knows better than the poor ignorant common man and that it knows whats best for you.  Socialism is so dangerous because it most often goes unnoticed until it is too late.  The best example of this in history, is that of Hitler and the Nazis(literally the national socialist party).  Although many misunderstand or a completely ignorant of Hitlers rise to power, it is vitally important to realize that Hitlers rise was a political one first and foremost.  Post-WW1 Germany was left in great debt and complete economic failure.  It was forced to pay for the costs of the war, leaving its citizens broke and the country facing hyper-inflation; a perfect climate for a socialist.  Hitler rose to power under the guise of a new and prosperous Germany, promising to regain national pride.  His ideas were centered around gov't handouts and "change".  The people, eager for a better life, were willing to sacrifice their freedom for an empty promise.  This is all it took for the rise of one of thses most evil regimes the world has ever seen.  What we must learn from this, is that we must always remain vigilant.

In todays world men like Van Jones and George Soros, plot the overthrow of Western Culture behind the mask of helping those in need.  The truth is that gov't handouts help no one.  They create a society dependent on a gov't that can't sustain them, and encourages us to be consumers and to produce nothing.  What results from this is a weak society of illiterate idiots who cannot live apart from the protective hand of the gov't.

I think it may be helpful to use an analogy to further explain the dangers of socialism.  Imagine that the country is a classroom, and the teacher the socialist leader.  In this class of 20 people 6 get A's, 7 recieve B's, 3 C's, 1 D, and 3 F's. Now in a capitalist society everyone would get the grade they deserve, based on how hard they work and their skills.  Socialists see this differently.  In their opinion the poor forgotten F's are undeservingly suffering.  In order to fix this apparent problem, they take away from those who have earned A's, because they don't really need an A, that would be greedy.  What results is a classroom of C's i.e no one wins so that no one loses.  This idea destroys all incentive, limits freedom, and goes against every inch of our human nature.  As humans we seek success and desire to be awarded for our hard work.  We also must not overlook the question of who gets to make the decisions regarding who gets what.  Are we willing to give up our freedom to the will of an unknown third-party, who is out of our control?

Right now the battle is being fought all around us.  Men like George Bernard Shaw and Saul Alinsky are hailed as heros, when in reality they are radical socialists who attack the very essence of American freedom.  Since this is a battle of idealogys the only way to win is through knowledge.  Read history, understand the men like FDR and Woodrow Wilson are socialists and sought to destroy America.  This plan was put into action by policies like Progressivism and The New Deal.  Read the Forgotten Man.  Know the truth and defend it

For the love of my fellow man

I have debated whether I should just shut my mouth about this whole thing, out of fear that when everything falls apart they will come for me.  I've decided that if that is what it comes to, then that is a cost I am willing to pay.  The truth must be told no matter the cost.  It the words of Dietrich Boenhoffer: "Silence in the face of evil, is evil itself."  So where are we?  Whats about to happen? What can we do?  The facts are that our gov't has been spending more than it has for years.  Gov't handout programs like Social(ist) Security, Welfare, unemployment benefits, and Medicare and Medicade, have bankrupted our nation.  In order to mantain this we have had to borrow an extreme amount of money from other countries.  Currently we owe other countries 15 trillion dollars.  We have also begun printing money out of thin air, to pay off debt.  The problem with the latter solution is that the more we have of something the less its worth.  We call the process of your money losing value inflation.  Inflation has already taken a huge toll on your dollar.  Although it seems like what you are buying is becoming more expensive, the truth is that your money is just worth less.  Now if we can jump back up to our borrowing 'solution' we can see another gaping hole.  The the U.S borrows money from anotherr country, they give that country what is called a U.S treasury bond.  Simply put this is an I.O.U + interest.  The U.S promises this other country to pay them back, plus a little extra, so the other countries buy to make money off the interest.  This solution fails when the other countries stop trusting that they will get their money.  When they stop trusting our bonds, they will stop buying our bonds, and the U.S will find itself without any money.  We will have a freeze in the market.  In order to try and correct this freeze the Federal Reserve will print trillions of dollars to inject into the economy, as a last ditch effort to end the freeze.  However, this will have a devastating effect.  If you remember what we discussed about inflation, it will become clear that this intervention will cause hyper-inflation.  In a matter of hours to days your dollar will become worthless.  At this point our economy has collapsed.  This will cause the collapse of countries around the world, as all of their currencies are backed by the dollar.  The world leaders will meet and decide to cancel all the debt and start from scratch with a new world currency.  This will be the building blocks towards a one world gov't.  At this point there is little we can do to stop this.  I pray that we have enough time to get someone like Ron Paul in office in time to lessen the blow, but i doubt it.  What we need to do now is educate ourselves.  Pick up a book and read.  Buy food and water, and be ready and able to protect it.  And SPREAD THE WORD. love your brother enough to tell them the truth.  If this helps even one person i have done my job. God bless.

    Simple but accurate

    New World Order

We live in scary times, and in order to fight against the evil that surrounds us, we must first understand it.  In America, socialism has established itself almost unoticed, and this is exactly how the Fabian socialists planned it.  The Fabian socialist anthem is 'Remould it(the world) nearer to the hearts desire', this is what they are doing.  Heres how they are doing it:  It starts with an organization called the Council on Foreign Relations, or CFR.  It is interesting to note that almost every single person in our gov't, including presidents, secretaries, judges, and cabinet members, are all apart of this organization.  This list includes former presidents Einsenhower, Carter, Reagan, Clinton, and Bush Sr.  This organization, along with the International Monatary Fund(IMF), encourages banks in industrialized nations, to give huge loans to underdeveloped nations.  The goal that is supposed to be achieved in all of this, is helping struggling nations become industrialized.  Unfortuantely this has not been accomplished.  What has ended up happening is that all of the money goes to the gov't and none makes its way to the private sector.  The end result of this process is the gov't of the country blows all the money and finds itself in debt, and unable to pay back the banks.  This is where the Fed steps in.  The Fed creates money out of thin air and steals money from taxpayers, in order to give it to foreign countries and perpetuates the process.  So what is the point of all of this?  What does the Fed, the IMF, and the CFR get out of this?  First, by stealing money from industrialized nations, the IMF weakens these countries.  This is vital to their plan for a New World Order.  Nations like the U.S will never give up their sovereignty if they remain strong with healthy economies.  The only way that these countries can be 'remolded closer to the hearts desire' is if they are weak.  To further this process the borrowing countries become reliant on the constant cash flow, and therefore the IMF.  Finally trade agreements like NAFTA and GATT, weaken the sovereingty of nations and link the world.  We must understand what is going on here.  Our leaders and the Fed are pushing us to a one world nation.  It will start with an united monatary system.  It is best summed up by a quote from a high ranking member of the CFR: "In short the 'house of world order' will have to be built from the bottom up.... An end run around national sovereignty, eroding it piece by piece, will accomplish much more than the old-fashioned frontal assault

    Holy Holy Holy

And Jesus came and said to them, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.

“But saints and angels behold that glory of God which consists in the beauty of His holiness; and it is this sight only that will melt and humble the hearts of men, wean them from the world, draw them to God, and effectually change them. A sight of the awful greatness of God may overpower men's strength, and be more than they can endure; but if the moral beauty of God be hid, the enmity of the heart will remain in its full strength. No love will be enkindled; the will, instead of being effectually gained, will remain inflexible. But the first glimpse of the moral and spiritual glory of God shining into the heart produces all these effects as it were with omnipotent power, which nothing can withstand.”
    -Jonathan Edwards

When we begin to understand this great truth, we can begin to understand who our God is and who we are.  The story in Scripture that immediately comes to mind is that of Moses before the presence of God.  Moses was up on Mount Sinai with God, and he asks to see God’s face.  God makes him a deal and allows Moses to see his backside as he passes by him.  When Moses returns to the Israelites they beg him to cover his face because the glory of God was too much for them to bear.  Imagine that for a second.  Moses caught a quick glimpse of the back of God and his face was radiating like the sun.  We serve a God who is above all holy, let us never forget that.  The angels attend to Him day and night and the saints cast their crowns at his feet.  All things have their being for His glory.  Our God is not hidden, He is here and He makes Himself known.  When the glory of YAHWEH was revealed to Isaiah, he cries out in agony ‘Woe is me for I am undone.  I am a man of unclean lips and I live among a people of unclean lips’  In the presence of El Shaddai, Isaiah could not bear his sin.  Our God is to be reverenced, and worshipped as the Most High.
"Resolution One: I will live for God. Resolution Two: If no one else does, I still will"
    - Jonathan Edwards

    Radicalism at its finest

Since they refuse to leave, I suppose I must once again comment on the Occupy Wall Street protestors.  I think this time I want to examine them in their own words.  When asked what the goal of the protest was, one protestor said this: "Mission accomplished would be when the entire world is globally dynamic and we’re sitting here and nobody has to starve death. … I want the world to be united.” He had earlier elaborated that a global dynamic was “where everybody works for a common goal for humanity,” such as ending starvation and providing free education."  Sound familiar? I was immediately reminded of the communist catch phrase coined by the mass-murderer Chairman Mao "Workers of the World Unite".  Another protestor had this to say about why he was here:  “The student loans and the financial aid that’s available. Basically, it’s a circle of debt with us. Like it’s over and over, I already owe money. And I think that education should be free or [cost] less money. … Our students are our future and that’s what needs to be addressed here,”  This statement is absurd for several reasons, the first one being that no one is forcing you to go to college, it's your choice.  Second what exactly does he mean by free?  The teachers have to be paid, and there are expenses at the college, that is obvious.  What he really means by 'free' is gov't funded, i.e tax payer funded.  He's paying for it one way or another.  What he should be protesting is the gov't run school system that has clearly failed him miserably.  For him mission accomplished would be “I want to end corporate greed, so hopefully equality – you know, the way they distribute the wealth.”  There we go, I knew socialism would show up soon:)  It has been awhile since we have seen this many ignorant fools out protesting something they don't understand.

    Comments

Hey so i tried to reply to you guys(mike and max) but i got an error message that says cookie value null for FormRestoration and it won't let me reply, so I am going to respond this way.  Mike, I am not sure what history you are referring to, because gold never has and never will lose its value.  It is intrinsically valuable and although it does fluxuate in the market it will always have value, unlike your dollar that is not backed by anything.

Max, I know how crazy this may seem but i would encourage you to read and watch the videos of some of the most respected economists.  Unfortuantely they all agree with me.  Remember that before the crash in '08 the news/ gov't was claiming there was never a better time to buy a house.  People don't like bad news.

    How to prepare

So over the last few weeks I have been warning about the future of our country, I suppose the question now is, how to prepare?  This may be all we have left....

First, educate yourself.  Read, understand the current state of our nation and the foundation of this once great nation.  Read The Creature from Jekyll Island, the Federalist Papers, Sacred Fire, the Day After the Dollar Collapses, The Constitution, and the Declaration of Independence.  Begin to understand our economy, our gov't, and our nation as a whole.  Use the internet, watch great men like Peter Schiff and Gerald Celente.  Go on infowars.com, and any other site that shows the truth.  Study the candidates, and if you can vote be prepared to elect the candidate that best understands our nation's problems and is prepared to fix them.  Although I believe that a crash is immiment they may be able to lessen the blow.  Get to know men like Ron Paul, who has been right on the economy for a decade.  Understand that knowledge truly is power, and that the educated man is the prepared one.

Second, buy commodaties.  This includes gold, silver, and precious metals.  When the dollar defaults your paper money will be worthless and the only thing that will still have value is gold.  If we look throughout history we find that gold and silver have not fallen into the trap of inflation and retain there value.  These commodities also include food.  The dollar will likely collapse in a period of a few days to a few weeks, at which time super markets shelves will be emptied.  Think about what happens when a big snow storm hits the North East; the super markets are cleaned out within a matter of hours.  We must realize that food will be at a massive shortage.  Buy food.  There are packages available for six months of food or more.  Plant a garden in your yard and buy enough seeds to replant for at least a few months.  Remember that food will be vital in the chaos of the future.

Finally, be prepared to protect yourself.  Start with some sort of self-defense.  Jiu-jitsu or Taekwando may prove important in protecting yourself and your family.  When the dollar collapses chaos will shortly erupt, including riots and protests.  In an attempt to regain control, the gov't may implement martial law.  This is not a farfetched idea.  In this case the gov't will try and quench any power of the people.  Go out and buy a gun and learn how to use it.  When the gov't comes for me, I am not going to wait for them to shoot first.  I will protect my freedom at all cost.

America it is coming quickly, we must be prepared, it is our only chance to survive in this turmoil that will come in our near future.

    So true....

    Occupy Wall Street

It's all the news this week, the so called 'Occupy Wall Street' protestors have been 'fighting' against 'corruption' all week.  So let's examine who these protestors are and what they are really protesting.  These protests, which have moved beyond Wall Street, are carried on by gov't workers.  Who could've guessed?  These useful idiots are lied to and manipulated to the point where they can be convinced that they are fighting against a real enemy.  As usual, they are protesting against the evil rich people.  How dare they be successful and employ millions of people?  The facts are that the rich in this country pay the vast majority of the taxes and employ the vast majority of the workers.  These idiots, for the most part, are upper middle class college students who have had everything handed to them their whole lives.  They know nothing of the poverty they are protesting, nor of the people they are 'fighting' for.  The truth is that without knowing it , these men and women are fighting for socialism.  They are part of a ploy perpetrated by Left- wing radicals like Saul Allinsky and his pupil Barack Obama who have been pushing their socialist/Marxist agenda for years.  Like the true Fabian Socialists they are, they come like a wolf in sheep's clothing, believing the best way to further socialism in America is quietly, peacefully, and over many generations.  Socialism has been creeping into our country, almost unnoticed, for decades under banners like 'Change'.  As the economy crumbles a push for gov't handouts(socialism) will grow.  We must return to our Constitutional roots, or collapse as a nation.

    Iran

If you don't think Iran is a serious threat to the U.S or hates the U.S read their presidents latest speech in front of the U.N, and tell me why we are still apart of it...

    Amanda Knox

Today, justice was served.  An innocent young girl, Amanda Knox, who was falsely accused and then convicted of murder in Italy, conviction was overturned today in a Italien court.  As the evidence was presented, it became clear, quickly, that there was no valid evidence against Knox and that this was yet another smear campaign against an American.  Cases like this beg the question, if the rest of the world hates us, why do we keep running to their defense?  Each year the U.S, currently over 14.78 trillion dollars in debt, gives billions of dollars to countries who hate everything about our people and culture.  Countries like Egypt, Pakistan, Iran, Saudi Arabia, and Russia recieve millions of dollars(in the case of Egypt billions) a year to harbor terrorists and plot the overthrow of Western Culture.  We pay for 80% of the U.N who tries its best to control America and allows anit-sematic terrorists the stage.  Why?  Screw the rest of the world, were America, a soveriegn nation.  We dont owe anything to anyone.  If the rest of the world hates us, cool, see how long they last without us

The time is now, let us face the truth or die

If you hear anything, let it be that first metaphor that schiff tells in the beginning.  As Ron Paul tells it like he is, the other idiots sit up on stage and mock him.
